The pins start at 25 (Northern Cardinal) for the beginning birder to 700 (Short-tailed Albatross) for the major enthusiast. (An 800 pin is in the works). These are 24-K gold plate lapel pins / cap pins / hat pins to let you celebrate each plateau of your ABA Area Life List. 600 ATLANTIC PUFFIN (600-ATPU): Atlantic Puffin (Fratercula arctica). Similar to but smaller than the Pacific's Horned Puffin, the Atlantic cousin is also a burrow-nesting pelagic species. The ecological equivalent to the southern hemisphere's penguins, puffins and the other related auks and auklets are primarily cold water feeders.
