This list is based on decisions of the New Mexico Bird Records Committee through January 2012. Names and sequences of families and species conform to the American Ornithologists' Union's Check-list of North American Birds, 7th edition (1988). Includes space for a single mark, plus a space for Date, total species, time, weather, localities, observers, and notes.
